Pooh

I had the privilege of bringing three lovely young ladies to the Pooh movie last week. It started at 8pm and I tried to rush thinking it might be sold out. No way. We were the ONLY folks there. The girls enjoyed that immensely. Running from the screen to the back row to the middle and then in between every row. They danced to all of the movie trailers. They stopped to grab handfuls of popcorn and sips of Slushee. They pondered where to sit. Last row? First row? The middle was chosen and I settled in behind them. I put all of the arm rests up and stretched out to relax a bit. The girls woke me up when the show was over.
A $32 nap.

I remember when I was younger and went to a movie and being the only ones there. I thought it was the coolest thing ever! :)

I once arrived at the movies to watch Uncle Buck. They asked if I could come back some other time. No. I made them show it just to ME. So fun!

I love being the only ones in the theater. You can talk with your friend through the whole movie and nobody cares.
