A little encouragement goes a long way. During this crazy week my husband Patrick has been there for us. Going to meetings, emailing teachers, taking cherubs to Awana registration, helping me through a near computer meltdown and giving it his all. I called him yesterday to offer him some much needed positive reinforcement. I said, "If you ever die, I'm done."

Well...thanks...but, um, I am going die someday.
No.
Carla, I bet that made his day. ;-)
What's Awana?
Sure beats what I told Jer. I told him if he ever dies I won't be single for long. I don't care who the man is, just get him over here to help me.
So what you're saying is that having more than one child is a piece of cake, right?
Totally, Erin. Ha
My greatest fear in this life is losing my husband or one of my children. Tis true.
babe, is that an exact quote on what you said?
Janet,
Awana is a time for children of all ages, shapes and sizes to memorize scripture, play games and learn about Him on Wednesday nights across this great nation. :)

Funny... My momma's kids are all grown up and she says the same thing to my dad.
Usually it only happens when theres a bat in the house or a light bulb goes out. haha

2 Timothy 2:15--all those labels in books over the years, something had to stick, right?
HA! I said labels and stick....
oh I crack myself up.
Wow. I totally blew that. Thanks Kristi. I avoid Awana. You know that.
Carla and kristi noser,
Thanks for the Awana lesson.
Erin- Two is Good. Nobody ever told me that. So now I am telling you:) Don't say I never told you so:)
Hey Pat - I'm thinking Carla missed her calling as a greeting card copywriter!
Greeting cards? Hmmm...something to do when I grow up! Thanks, Chris!
