Mommy has been having trouble sleeping. I kept taking allergy medication at night for the drowsy factor.(I know. I know. Bad. Very Bad.)This stuff works! Hush a bye to me.
Sorry to hear you aren't sleeping well, Carla. Are you exercising too close to bed time? What works for me is a glass of milk and a slice of American cheese. They've got the sleep-inducing amino-acid, L-tryptophan, in them. Turkey is another one... That's why we get so tired after dinner on Thanksgiving. :)

I work out in the wee hours of the morning. 5am. It's still dark out there, people.
My brain thinks of all of the things I have to do and then I can't get to sleep. Well the tea has helped with all of that. :)
