I have been doing Body for Life. I am on week 7 and am 11 weeks out from the triathalon. Biking, running and swimming in my near future. Oh my.

Wowza! I'm jealous. Are you sure, though, that it is the exercise? Perhaps you've upped your intake of chocolate cake or maple donuts or eclairs and cream puffs? I'm just hoping it turns out not to be the exercise....

Sorry Carole. I eat less and exercise/lift weights more. Only way I have found that works.

So... are you using the book? Is there video? ...
You have to be so happy about your success.
Though I'm kinda thinkin' like Carole... a few inches off would be great.

One more thing. By "eat less"... does that mean NO chocolate? Just, ya know, wonderin'.
