I wish I could remember the names of my cherubs. I simply cannot. They now have an extra vowel and consonant added to liven things up a bit. SaJosh, JoNafe, TiSarah, NaJosh, NaSarah, JoTims, are all new names they have been christened with. I might just have to change all of their names to Yeah You!! Which is only to be used while pointing at said child.
I almost forgot-Narah, Tosh, Jathan and Sims.

I do the same thing! For me though it isn't as noticable. Mikale and Mikkena both start with the "Mc" sound. (you know: Mc Donalds). So the only one that sounds funny is McMegan.

My dad always used to go through all three of my sister's names before he got to mine. "Kor-Kris-Kel-KANDI!" for a long time I thought I just had a longer name than anyone else.

My grandmother used to say 10 names before she finally got the right name out. We used to joke that she was going to pay a quarter for each time she did that.
Not an issue yet in my house. We only have 2.

My mom used to call me by the dog's name. Yeah, that was great for my self-esteem. :)
