Snow in July

I had what I thought was a great idea back in February. I thought it might be fun to freeze some snowballs and have a snowball fight for Pats' birthday on July 4th. I am always looking for new traditions to start. I thawed out the huge ice slab and made some pitiful looking slushballs, I mean snowballs. Sarah was the first to whine that she didn't want to get hit. Nathan threw his snowball on the ground and laughed and laughed. Joshua nailed Mom like 5 times and Pat tried to hit Joshua for hitting Mom. The fun lasted approximately 4 minutes. Happy Birthday, Pat!!
