Wash Day

This Monday morning commenced with the washing of many bodies. Wow! By 10am I had Timothy, Sarah and Nathan all scrubb a dubbed. Joshua slept in a bit and I only had time to wash his hair in the sink before school. The reason for wash day? While Mommy was away, Daddy had a bonfire last night with the kids. Lots of wood, flames, ashes and marshmallows! It's all about fun and then there is that SMOKE SMELL. Bleck. I was feeling so proud of myself, until Nathan flooded the bathroom floor trying to get Griffen the fatcat wet. I didn't see that one coming and take the necessary precautions? I must be slipping.

Boy. I sure get blammed a lot on this blog. What's up with that?

No. I am glad you had a blast with the fire! Really! I am in charge of all things smelly.

That rude bonfire smell I can't possibly go to bed with! I wake up and think I regresesd and am trashed and hopping over fires again. yikes! Thank you Lord for saving me from all those idiotic nights above the fire!

Bon Fires are great! You can still be a Christian and jump over fires. The kids last night thought I was pretty cool because I could stick my head so close the flames. Thye kept saying how I was the coolest Christian they ever knew.

Pat, you are too funny! I can only jump fires sucessfully while under the influence so I won't be jumping any fires anytime soon or ever I pray! I am still laughing! And hopefully you won't try that with that cool red spray you wear in your hair. :o)

Speaking of slipping, I can't believe all of you missed that one! Wet floor, slipping..hello! Lotta great comeback material there.
Speaking of walking/jumping the fire, one night we had a "Johnfire" and Gregg Heinsch walked over it. There's proof Reegz, don't hafta be loopy to do such things.

Why does my comment have a trash can by it? Is it rated T? For trash I mean?

Hey Karli, let me know the next time you do the whole house scrub down and I'll bring Nana over. The kids will have great fun with her!! But then Roto Rooter will have to come snake out the drain...oooh, the hair!
