Last week I took Sarah in for a haircut at Pretty Good Sam's. I put her name on the list and turned to leave and come back in an hour. I noticed a young man wearing a smock and a nametag. The nametag read TIFFANY. I asked, "Is your name really TIFFANY?" He looked down and started unbuttoning his smock saying, "I was running late and grabbed the first smock and THANK YOU!" I replied, "I'm here to help."
After Sarah's haircut I found the young man who was not TIFFANY and read his nametag. I said, "Hi KYLE!!" He smiled and thanked me again and then told the woman in his chair the whole story.
