I had a dr. appointment yesterday. Just checking on a recent lab to monitor my thyroid that went whack while being pregnant with Joshua.(That might explain the 67 lb. weight gain. Hmmm.) I was led to the scale and this time said, "No, thank you." The nurse laughed.

I got the "you are 45 now" speech from my doctor and a list of other fun things we could do. Cholesterol check? Bone density test? Tetanus shot? Mammogram? Another womanly exam that I will not get into right now?
