Cuts

I used to get my haircut at Great Clips. What I ended up with was never great. Since that day I have called it So So Clips and have taken my business elsewhere. I have gone to Fantastic Sam's for years. Although I am not sure what I walk out with is fantastic. It is usually pretty good. I went to Pretty Good Sam's last night and ordered the $17 special. I may have to rename it Alright Sam's though. If I went to an expensive salon with an amazing hair technician I wonder if a $90 haircut would be fantastic?

I have spider webby, straight hair that, on a good day, is quite unremarkable. I used to go to So So Clips, then tried Alright Sams with the same results - ugh. I do not have the cash for an amazing $90 hair technician every five weeks, but I found a hair stylist in a shop who I like. It's still a lot for me to pay $50, but I like the results for the whole five weeks.

only your wallet would know the difference.

Wow, and I was kinda bummed that without the color, my cut I usually love is $30. And when it's a great cut, I can go a good 6-8 weeks in between. With highlights - something like $100. (And luckily, I just started that last year and it's only a couple times a year.)

Hair and that special person who can cut yours the way you like it every time is one of the hardest things, I've found.

Can you find an amazing tech for less than $90? Good luck!!

I was just thinking about haircuts earlier today! I hate hair and wish the style was bald. What's with these salons that have different LEVELS of stylists with different price points? I want the best stylist at the best price, but don't want to be a chump and pay top dollar. Is that too much to ask?

If I pay someone more than $90 to cut my hair I would appreciate it if she came over to vacuum too.

If you have found the hair technicians of your dreams I am glad for you!!

Not in our budget at this time. :)

If only someone could invent a word which describes the history of a woman's hair-cutting experience.
