Yesterday my laptop drank a cup of coffee. With cream. Awhile ago it had consumed a cup of coffee and seemed to be ok with it. I left it alone for the day to have some quiet time and think about what it had done. I do believe that the 2nd cup of coffee went down smoothly as well even though the mouse died. I am back to blogging! Even though the keys on my laptop are quite sticky, it smells delicious.

Been there, done that... sort of. My son's daughter spilled some milk in his, which he proptly tried to rinse ot with clear water. The lactic acid+sugar of dairy (and any sugar that may have been in your coffee) will eventually corrode the conenctions in the computer. It's a slow death, but it does come. At tleast that's what the geniuses at the mac store say... It did come eventually for my son's computer. It was a sad day.
