Numbers
When it comes to my children there are several number patterns that I am enjoying. When Sarah turns an even numbered age, all the boys turn an odd numbered age. When Sarah is odd, the boys are even. Joshua and Sarah are a grade apart in school, just like Nathan and Tims will be. Sarah was born in the year 2000. She is 10 in 2010. That comes in handy when this old mommy brain stutters. When Joshua was in 5th grade and Sarah was in 3rd, Nathan turned 5 and Tims turned 3. When Joshua was in 6th grade and Sarah in 4th, Nathan turned 6 and Tims turned 4. Joshua will be in 7th and Sarah in 5th. Nathan turns 7 and Tims will be 5. To infinity and beyond.

You called your daughter odd.
haha Kandi!
She takes after me.
My dad used to have a way of remembering our birthdays when he would brain stutter: He had one on the first, one on the second and one on the third, he had four girls and four times four was sixteen, he had one on the sixteenth. Now to remember the right months....
Oy.
*raises hand* Is this going to be on the test?
Yes, Jana.
1. How old will Sarah be in 2014?
2. How many grades apart are The Bigs and The Littles?
3. When Joshua is in 8th grade and Sarah in 6th how old will Nathan and Tims be?
4. What happens when Sarah is odd?
Eyes on your own papers. No talking.
