Just for Today
I will try to live through this day only, and not tackle all of my problems at once. I can do something for twelve hours that would appall me if I felt that I had to keep it up for a lifetime.
Ha! I'v read Fly Lady. I've never been very good about getting dressed first thing in the morning as soon as I get out of bed which is her first rule, I think.
I am proud that I put together a binder and I actually used it (for a while). :) The section for Christmas card addresses and is nice to have.
Does anyone actually wash her kitchen sink first thing in the morning? I'd love to know!
Janet- I scrub my sink after doing the supper dishes. Unless I do something with raw meat or chicken and then I clean the sink after that. Never know when I might put something in the sink later that I want to use again. Don't want to do that with raw meat having been in there without cleaning it.

Yep. That's what Flylady says! And a day off here and there to just relax doesn't hurt either. ;)

That's how I feel about breathing. And sometimes I do that for 15 or 16 hours a day.
Thursday's Child,
So I quoted Flylady quoting Al-Anon?
Cool.
That flylady is something else isn't she?? Even though she advocates working hard, which I try to avoid.

Just keep on breathing, babe. Just for today.

Lord, I offer you my prayers, works, joys and SUFFERINGS of this day, in union with the Church throughout the world.
(It seems to work.)
