Good luck With That
Nathan "Mom, today I learned at school that leprechauns are real. My teacher's brother had them in his house and so he set a bunch of leprechaun traps and he trapped one and it got away and all that was left was his boot. I think I believe that."
A leprechaun from Hudson Town, tried to steal when no one was around. His foot hit a trap, the trap it went SNAP! And his boot, 'twas left on the ground.

Would that be a limerick, my sweet?
LOVE IT!
Isn't it just plain annoying the things with which they try and indoctrinate our children? Leprechauns, pots of gold, sheesh!
Maybe the scenario could be made into a math problem, MaryLu? :)
You have 3 leprechauns with boots and as they run away one boot is left. How many leprechaun boots do you have now?
*Isn't it a bit early for leprechaun stories?
*"I think I believe that." So cute!!
*Carla, Is that a trick question?
I'll guess; one?
Hey Carla,
Looking for a random post, I clicked on "coffeetime" in your archives section on the right. I came up with:

Football analogy....
Great post; just what I needed. Thanks! :)
Janet,
That was a great post from a great friend. Don't fumble. :)
Janet,
Five.
Janet gets an F
kristi noser,
Who asked you? (Just kidding.) :)
Seriously, if the three leprechauns run away (with five boots on their feet), then YOU ONLY HAVE ONE LEFT. Correct?
Ok Janet. Bad math question. I have been out of the teaching loop for 9 years now.
How many boots are running away if one boot is left in the trap? :)
Silly Carla. Boots don't run. :)
Always after me Lucky Charms, Janet.
See, I was going to comment on that math problem from the start. I was expecting you to say -
You have 3 leprechauns with boots and as they run away one boot is left. What did the leprechauns have for breakfast?
oranges.
true.
6x9=54.
