Totally Mom's Fault
I made these to go with lunch yesterday. It is supposed to be a dolphin with a ball. Get it? When I was done making that, Tims made this. 4 stitches, baby.
Dear Tims, Thank you so much for telling me the story of your cut finger this morning at church. I enjoyed it immensely (have mommy tell you what that means).
No worries. My knives wouldn't cut the banana peel, let alone a finger. But my boys wouldn't yet appreciate the creativity. I'll probably wait until my Nathan knows what a fishy is...

uh oh
can you video THAT story??? PLease??
Ohhhhhhh! Nice creativity on the banana, however. I wouldn't have thought of that. You sure it wasn't a killer whale?
Love the dolphin. I'm not good at visuals sometimes, but I got that one right away!
:)
Poor Tims. Never a dull moment!

never a dull moment... wish it was a dull knife?
Poor guy. Hope his finger's feeling better.
It is a family joke that our knives have been so dull that mommy has to hack away to get supper on the table.
We received a new Cutco knife set for Christmas from Patrick's company. I guess I can blame them.
Finger is fine. Trooper Tim.
Cutco knives are great. I have only 2 of them (wedding gift) and I take them out for special occasions. Definitely a top shelf item for the kitchen.
The knives are safely on top of the refrigerator until I leave one on the table.
you should check out Ryan's 5 stitches on my blog... If Tim got 4 stitches he must have pert' near cut his finger off!
Ooh Cutco knives are frightening to me!
That banana dolphin is absolutely fantastic! I love it!
Lauren,
Saw your husband's finger!!!
Tims did a deep and ragged cut. Gross.
M Hastings,
Hi!!
I think I saw the dolphin at a Pampered Chef party once. I suggest you make one without needing a trip to get stitches.
Carla,

You have a Nathan too? :)
Carla,
Yes, I do. It's MaryRose from Jill's blog. XD Sorry, I should have clarified earlier!
Well MaryRose,
How nice to have you over for a visit!! This is my happy place to escape the "stuff" over at Jill's. :)
