A gift
Today is a gift, that is why they call it the present. So the saying goes. Which is why I had no answer for Sarah when she asked me, "Do we have any plans in April?"
My daughter is a party planner too. She had Christmas Eve with 20 relatives (at OUR HOUSE) all figured out in October. I'm not so much of an entertainer so she motivates me. I just checked the 2010 April calendar (I LOVE google!) and Easter is the first weekend so she probably wants to make note of that. (See, I just need a little push.) That puts Holy Thursday on April Fool's Day - that doesn't happen very often. Hmmm....
