Hardly a Spree

I should know better by now. When I want to buy some clothes and I head to WalMart or Target there is nothing. I try on shorts in sizes 6-13 and shirts in sizes S-XL. No matter. None of it matches, none of it fits right. (Are we seriously STILL selling short shorts?! In hot pink?!)Target was a little better as I scored a t-shirt. I do realize though that when I buy a t-shirt for $6.00, I get what I pay for.

Shirts that cost $6 should be made out of paper. At least then when you wear them once and then have to throw them away, you don't feel so cheated.

Check out Fashion Bug sometime. Seriously. The last time I shopped there I spent $27 for two shirts, but they wear like iron.

That's why I love thrift stores. When whoever gets "tired" of their GAP or Ann Taylor or Talbots - I'll be there!

I like your new picture, BlackBelt--AND Carla!
:)
Sorry, Carla, I'm all out of ugly clothes for you.

Hi Blackbelt,
I've missed you!! Yes. I have better luck at the thrifty stores.

Erin,
I will accept your ugly clothes when they are too ugly for you.

Hi Carla,

Do you have Kohls up there? It's like Target... I've gained weight and have clothes I've barely worn that I'll send you if they are the right size. No sense in keeping them around taking up space. Email me if you are interested!
