Interesting to me that the last month of school seems to be filled with field trips, lyceums, concerts, Track and field days, Lit Celebrations, and don't forget Movies. My children haven't brought any homework home in weeks. It seems to me that everyone is done with school, except for the showing up part.

In reality the school year is 160 days or less--the rest of the days are just wasted.
They could be done in April!! Although I am a big fan of year round school. And uniforms. And The Bible as History classes.
I am a fan of all those things.
