Day One
I am 17 weeks out from a triathalon I will be starting and finishing. I worked out today. I would love to shed some pounds, inches, and bodyfat along the way.
Stats Weight 138 BF% 25% Waist 34 Hips 38
That is as brave as I am going to get today.

Those numbers sound great to me! I'd love to be there! Happy triathalon-ing. My girls are trying to get me to commit to a half marathon with them this summer. I'm considering....
Your stat's look normal to me but you'll need to work on your endurance rather than focusing on your weight and inches. That weight and inches you want to lose will drop off if your slightly increasing your workouts daily.
17 weeks isn't long so have fun training and I'm sure you'll be finishing the race with the best feeling of accomplishment you've ever had.
Carla, you can do it!Triathalons or marathons got nuttin on birthin babies! If you have the mental desire and can endure discomfort you have already succeeded. Larry
ooooooh, I knew I was going to blow that one. I guess they both fall into my mental category of bands I DIDN'T like. (Which is sometimes a problem in my home being married to a professional percussionist whose favorite band is... you guessed it - Chicago. I never told him until like last year, when he started pollut... I mean downloading some Chicago onto MY ipod.)

Pat,
You're the meaning in my life...
You're the inspiration...
I crack myself up.
I love you too!
Watch out you don't use up your whole Airsupply on your jokes. You'll need it for your training.
I crack myself up too.
I thought that was Chicago?
You crack me up Karla!!
You are one brave chica.
(Not about the triathalon. I know you can do that. I mean you are brave to post your weights and measurements online!)
Anyone else care to share?
