Awana Awards night was last night. Joshua was completely surprised to hear his name called for an Excellence Award. He looked around and thought he was in trouble. He finished two books and that is what the award is for! I would have to say I was a little surprised as well...but still it is pretty excellent!

So, this is your own personal family awards thing? Cool! Tell us more! In my house, we have a "treasure box" that I put ten dollar items in that the kids want. Once they get 100 stars on their start chart, they pick it out of the box. :) They are both so close to treasure time!
AWANA is a grades K-5 200+ kiddoes at our church. Bible verse memory, council time, games and chaos. Oh, and chaos.
