Where are you at? I'm not sure but I think we might be getting some snow too. I haven't checked the weather reports lately.

Hey there WI neighbor. I'm further south so we got an entire afternoon full of RAIN today.

UGH. Snow is pretty, but rain makes mud and FLOODING. GAH.

Carla, I'm with you, it's BEAUTIFUL! How can beautiful stop being beautiful?

Question to anyone who knows Carla and I--Do our voices sound alike? Carla sounds like the voice I hear back on tape recorders, which doesn't sound like me of course...

Colleen,
So sorry about the rain and the flooding...yikes!

Keithslady,
I am pretty sure that is your voice on the vid. I know I don't sound like that.

Carla, do you watch the national weather at all?
Do you see we're getting DUMPED ON?!!

Loving it, especially since at least this time, it looks like teacher hubby will be out of school as well as kids.
Bonus!

(and to you and KL, neither of you can sound as dorky as me. so never mind about it.)

CT must be completely shut down!! They closed up shop after 1 inch when I lived there!!!

Wow. They don't really do that now. There's no state of emergency on this potential foot of snow or anything. Most (if not all?) schools closed though.
I know in nearby Waterbury, it's very hilly (our first home as a married couple was on "Hill Street.") They had an "incident" getting kids home on the first snow back in Oct or Nov. The kids didn't get home until 8 pm!!
Of course the drivers could not let the kids off, even if a parent showed up, if it wasn't their designated bus stop. So they have been very gun-shy the rest of the winter.
I don't blame them.

Yay, should make for at least one more sledding adventure.
