TMI

I do appreciate the willingness of my Joshua to discuss any topic that pops into his brain. It is wonderful that he actually wants to tell me his stuff. BUT some of his stuff makes me a tad uncomfortable.

1. Joshua told me that he doesn't like the smell of his body odor.
2. Joshua told me that he has new hair growing in certain places.
3. Joshua told me that it seemed to him either he was growing taller or the urinal in the bathroom at church was smaller.

This Mommy wonders if Joshua might continue these discussions with The Daddy.

I loved it when Eli told me things like this, it meant he trusted me with the information. Happy mommyheart.

We've been having some interesting conversations over at our house, too. I get a little embarrassed sometimes, but at the same time I like it. What Kristi said.

It is all new to me. I should get ready for more "sharing."

I think you are doing a great job, Carla, if Josh feels safe enough to share those things with you. Good job.

Get ready for more sharing.
Imagine that swimming lessons are in One hour and you just realized that you have to teach your girly bug how to use a tampon in under 30minutes. That was an OhMyGoodnessIcan'tBelieveIamDoing

I can remember when my "lady friend" came for the first time. I had no idea what was going on. I had to find my sister who is 3 years older than myself because my mom was shopping. My mom had explained that this special friend my be coming soon but i was still in shock when it happened

I guess "sharing time" could get a little uncomfortable for the men that read this blog. TMI for them. :)

LadyD,

Imagine that you are leaving for a water park in an hour. My Mom was thinking the same thing.... hehehe

Every mommy to a boy one day will have this moment: when you see a man's hairy leg sticking out from underneath the quilt and realize it's her son's. :-(

What Lady D said. I've done that too.

If I was your son I would be SOOOOOO ticked at you. I would not share that kind of information with you again.

Then I am glad that my Joshua is my Joshua. If he ever gets ticked at me, he forgives me and moves on.
