I hurt my back yesterday. I was lifting Tims and did a twist and a turn and a "Youch!" Lift with your legs, not with your back. Now you tell me. I have been icing and stretching and groaning for the benefit of my family. Hey, I am in pain here. This morning I have to go grocery shopping with The Littles. If I don't move, I should be fine.

Inversions girl. Do inversions.
Seriously. Go out to the monkey bars/swing set, and hang from your knees. This will stretch your spine and back out from the pulling down of the weight of your head.
Just don't fall.
Maybe do it 3 times a day~

You need to let your arms hang down straight to the ground for it to work.(Not hold your shirt down)
