Talk Talk
Timothy is trying hard to converse. Patrick said to me yesterday, "No offense but when is he going to talk?" He does have quite a few words. He talks. He makes communication perfectly clear. To himself.
Shelby is talking fluently and she is 17 months old, how old is your Timothy? I have never met him or talked with him so I am not sure if you are just joking...... Is it something you think worth getting his hearing checked? Or is it not that bad?

He is right on track with all other Streamers...I wait patiently for them to talk and then they never stop.
I think his shrug communicates a lot. : ) Also, it's the cutest thing EVER.
He does have the shrug and the stinkeye going for him. Which is nice.
