Sanity
It was probably a month ago that Snack time put me over the edge. I mean it came to a head while I was making supper one day, helping with homework and Joshua asked for a snack, then Sarah, then Nathan, then Tims, oh and then Joshua again. I ended up throwing fruit snacks out of the kitchen at 3 minute intervals until 5 o'clock. Not pretty. I needed a plan. I began a snack menu that worked for me. Fruit and dip, a meat, cheese and cracker plate, yogurt covered raisins to name a few of the tasty treats. At 4:15, I set out a snack every day. For some of you , this is hardly noteworthy. For me, it has rocked my world. What can I say? I am a late bloomer but my eldest told me yesterday that I was smart. Snack smart.

What do you use for fruit dip?
Aldi whipped cream cheese and powdered sugar. I leave it in the fridge so it's not so messy.
Caramel? Have yet to try it. Again. Mess.

Poppers has a plate of meat and potatoes somewhere that you two can share........
