There is a question that swirls in my brain, pretty much all day. It is said only to me. It's a fill in the blank type question.
How hard is it to________
put your boots on the rug? hang up your coat? clear your place at the table? say excuse me? put the cap on the toothpaste? put your clothes in the hamper? hang up a wet towel? feed the cat? turn down the tv? do your homework? blow your nose? comb your hair? play nice? listen the first time? pick up your room? put the seat up? put the seat down?
The answer is clear. Pretty hard, if not impossible.

I'll add to that quiz...
...eat over your plate?
...change the toilet paper roll?
...put ANYTHING away?
...empty the dishwasher, garbage, clean your room, etc. without me having to tell you to do so.
And flush the toilet. Very difficult around here.
My kids always joke about getting me one of those digital signs over the island in the kitchen that constantly says.....please eat over the table....please eat over the table...I think I say that the most.
bingo! Good answer.
I must say, I'm glad I'm not alone. Maybe if I change my "How many times do I have to tell you...?" to "How hard is it to...." it will throw them and they'll actually hear what I say *s*
.......to get a day off???
oooh, good one kupka --- IMPOSSIBLE!!
ok, to back the car out of the garage keeping both side mirrors attached?... ummm, wait a minute, the kids don't drive yet. hmmmm...
Shut out the lights!
