Spa

The Women's Ministry at church held a Spa Day on Saturday. There was a wonderfully gifted speaker and times set up for massages and hand waxing etc. I held my own mini spa at home in preparation. I took my time in the shower and blow drying my hair, putting on makeup and choosing that Perfect Outfit.(jeans and a sweater, of course)I realized that something went awry in the shower while I was lotioning up. I only shaved one leg.

Good thing they were just back and neck massages. :-)

That's funny. Can't imagine why you'd have been sidetracked on something else. Hhmmmmm?

Good thing I left my brain on my dresser.

Did the additional weight make you walk in circles?

Too funny! I wonder what we could accomplish if we hadn't lost all those brain cells during childbearing.

Hello, I'm -V-'s cousin. She read my blog today re:cleaning up after kids & thought I should leave you a comment maybe of help to you. I use the Shark (Kmart is where I got it). It does linoleum, carpets, etc. like a whiz. I have two small kids & meal times a mess. It's an upright dustbuster almost that swivels into any area. Love it! Hope you don't mind the idea.

familygus,
I love ideas. Kmart is not in my area. I shall check into it. Love the name. Shark!

But Carla, how did you ever remember that's where you left it (your brain, that is)?!

Hey, I hate those days when the autopilot in the shower fails. Like you either start with the conditioner instead of the shampoo. Or else, when you're done with the shampoo and ready for the conditioner, you put more shampoo on.

Karla with a K,
I started to wash my face with my shampoo once, slapped it right on there and then went, "that's not the right smell." Duh!

Marylu,
Was your face shiny with extra bounce that day?
