Old
When one is part of a family of 6(8 if you count pets)it's a given that you help each other. Let us all do our part and tackle those chores and help the Momma because that helps us all. Let's go Stream Team! My children have all the things they do on a daily basis and then all of the other stuff I nag I mean, ask them to do. Joshua must have his own theory on why I do this. I asked him to please get the clothes out of the dryer and bring them up. He said, "Mom, if you were younger you could probably do this yourself."

Tell him he's in training for when you're 90 and living with him and he's busy brushing your dentures and changing your diapers.
That'll give him something to think about today. :)
Ah, age. A parent's best revenge.
Tell him, "Yep."
that's kinda lippy.
Josh. Josh. Love'em!
On one hand I am encouraged that he did do what Mom asked him too.
Also, he did say something that only Josh would say and its very humorous.
Yet, I don't think he is mature enough to be completely that witty and I know he didn't understand that on another level he was being very disrespectful.
I am working with him on this type of stuff.
Good ploy, Carla - I'll have to use that one... "Oh, I'm just too old to cook dinner tonight..." "Honey, can you vacuum for me - I'm feeling old tonight..." ;-)
