Perhaps you should introduce him to Agatha Christie?

I LOVE Barnyard Dance...well, all of hers, come to think of it.

Very fun memories of the boys "reading" those with me. Just the pictures in my head of the faces Taylor used to make...

My Nathan's fave these days is The Belly Button Book. It's become one of mine, too. Yesterday Grandpa (Wade's dad) stopped in for a brief visit. I conned him into reading it. I had to chime in with the "bee-bo" part as he didn't have his bi-focals. and about half-way through, he chuckles and exclaims "Oh, this is supposed to rhyme!" Too cute.

My favorite part of Barnyard Dance-
Turn with the cow in a patch of clover all take a bow and the dance is over.
It's a fun read!

Love Barnyard Dance. When Isaiah was a baby my mom, dad, sister and I would ALL recite the book out loud to him simultaneously in true square dance fashion. Isaiah would just look at us like we were a bit nuts. I think the adults had more fun with that book than Isaiah.
