TV Time

Nathan has a "thing." A thing that he does. I don't know why he does it. If it is to make me crazynuts, it's working. He wants all titles read on the tv. When it comes to his favorite show, Curious George there are titles and I am usually too busy making lunch to catch it. I have made many feeble attempts. "Um, George and a Duck. George Takes a Drive. George and the Man with the Yellow Hat." Nathan is starting to catch on. He knows that I don't know what it says. Why can't George be more like Arthur and read his own titles? Oh, he's a monkey that can't read but he can ride a bike. Whatever. I will admit that I am tempted to say George Drowns and let the chips fall where they may.

My four year old 'reads' them herself and refuses to believe me when I tell her what they really say. I think you might have it better. In the long run, I mean.
