Sweet Sign

I drove with trepidation into the massive parking lot. I drove up and down the rows in the wrong direction of course. I usually miss the painted arrows but never the dirty looks. Sorry. I was tense. I dread lugging one on my hip and one with my hand into this store. I always find that one parking spot conveniently located at my house. I might as well walk. Wait! Could it be? A spot for me? Like a lighthouse in a storm, like an oasis in the desert, like a cup of cool water on a hot day, was a sign.
Whoever thought of this will someday get a kiss and a hug from me. Right there one spot away from the entrance. Customer With Child Parking.

I have ALWAYS wanted to park in those "Expectant Mother" parking spots, but now I feel too guilty to do it.
Go figure.

Carla, I'm always thankful when I find one of those spots open, too! (Note: people with middle school children only, please save the spots for those of us with little whiny ones! Much appreciated!)
Have you noticed at County Market, though, that with the remodel they've now moved the cart corrals so they're nowhere near the "customer with child" parking spots?! It does me no good to park near the entrance if I have to walk a mile to get my cart and put it back! I've mentioned this to their customer service and they agree with me, but so far no changes have been made.

Erin, Believe me girl- from 30 weeks to 40 weeks you have every right to park there. I did a couple times when I felt like if I took one extra step that baby was going to fall out!!! You are WITH child - Laura
