That is wonderful. But still absurd that woman made such a horendous phone call. I hope you can breath easier by day and sleep better by night now that this is all over.
does anything happen to the person who makes an 'unsubstantiated complaint'?

I asked the social work directly if he was going to contact the person who filed the complaint. He said no because they are protected under law. I said I agree in a sense but nevertheless in our legal system there is also protection against people who file false claims in other areas of the law.
A 'Whistle blower' law?
I might have told him that since I knew who it was, I could share the information with them.
