I am well aware of my shortcomings. As a mommy I know when I need to get away and gain some perspective and look at the bigger picture. There are phrases flying out of my mouth around 5:26pm. Supper is on and baths and bed are coming up. Help me, Lord! No wonder my children look so confused when I say things like this-
That's it!
I've had it!
If you don't stop....I mean it!
I'm going to give you another warning, then you'll be sorry!
Stop! Just stop! Oh, I'll make that stop!
That is enough of that, mister!(or missy!)
No! I said no and no means no!
I am telling you for the last time!
If you think that I am going to let you get away with that...I am not kidding!
Keep it up and...Oh...you'll just see what happens!
Those are just a few of the gems I have been tossing out as I try to mother in the mayhem. Ridiculous, eh? As a student in the school of life, I promise to apply myself and do better! I mean it!

It sounds like the spirit of my mother is coming out of you.
It shall come out of you as well, love.
Oh, I'm so right there with you! At least I'm consistant in my weakness! Do you think we should call the Super Nanny?
