I have been studying up on hamsters, so I can get to know my new grandson and happened upon the chapter about Breeding. Did you know that a female hamster gives birth approximately 16 days after conception to 7 or 8 little hams? I know! My brain started doing that thinking thing and I wondered what it would be like if I were a rodent. I would most likely be the world's first and only celibate hamster.
