Hair
If your lil one has bananas for lunch and they happen to rub their hands in their hair, you may not find out until they wake up from nappies. By then, it will look like they have poop in their hair. I'm surprised you didn't know that.

Oh, I SO know it. Except I always thought it looked like it came out of their noses.
