I averted a major disaster yesterday. I could have burned our house down, but didn't. Whew. I used one of my curling irons and left it on all day. That has happened before, but this time I set it down on top of my other iron. One side completely melted away. The other appliance is gunked up with melted and burnt plastic. What a duel that must have been.
Oh, please don't tell my husband Patrick. Thanks.
