My Dearest Mommies in the trenches,
It feels like a Monday. It looks like a Monday. There are piles and piles of clothes strewn about, dishes on every square inch of counter, toys spread from room to room and a TO DO list miles long. Did a bomb go off on Saturday?! By Friday this house will be ship shape in time for the next bomb.
Do not fret. It would be worthwhile to remember the children who wear those dirty socks and shirts. There are little ones that use those forks and spoons, play with cars and live in those rooms. Children that have been entrusted to us by God for such a short time. They are our students and our teachers. If we let them they can teach us about His love.
So TrenchMoms, change those diapers, wipe those noses, pack those lunches, make those dentist appts. and pray for God to pour out His Holy Spirit on the lives of those we call family. I'm with ya.
