Sarah loves Culvers. She always orders a hot fudge sundae with whipped cream, sprinkles and a cherry on top. We sit at "our" table. She was over the moon with joy when she spotted a Culvers stuffed guy(mascot?) at a thrift store. He looks like a smiley ice cream cone and she loved him up right away. I was headed to the check-out when I heard her lament. "Where is he??!!" Oh, the tears, the crying, the sobbing....we trucked back around the store and he was exactly where she had put him when she picked up some other treasure. Crisis averted.
Sarah asked, "Mom, do you know how I know that he is mine?" I answered, "No Sarah, how do you know that he is yours?"
"Well, I've been licking his head this whole time and his head is wet and that's how I know."

HAHAHA!
That's disgusting. And oh, so funny.
Maybe you should write her name on the tag to make sure that this doesn't happen again. ugh
Now that he is hers...she licks his ice cream cone head all over this house. No mistaking whose he is!
Sara stories are my favorite. That girl.
