Seasons

We have now entered Yard Sale Season. My fave. It happens to coincide with one of my least favorite seasons. The Shaving of the Winter Legs Season.
My husband knows I am ready. He will spot a free couch on the curb and say,"Look away, babe just look away!" I love FREE stuff. If everything was marked one penny at a yard sale you would find me digging through the free box. What could be more fun I ask you?! I am now working out on the treadmill that I found on the curb...FOR FREE. It works and I am thrilled. There is just a faint smokey smell around minute 19, but that's free too.
When it comes to yard sales no one holds a candle to my mother in law.(Hi Noni) She takes my order in early spring and off she goes. Kids clothes, games, toys, books, coffee makers, vacuums...there is no end to the bargains she can find. We now have her out there hunting for a dishwasher and a stove. I am hoping to update from Harvest Gold appliances to Avocado Green.
