My daughter told me in the car one day (years back) "hey mommy, aren't you 35? That means next year you'll be 36, then 37, then 38, then 39, then 30-10 then 30-11..." I let her continue because this was MUSIC to my ears. I realized in her eyes I'd never even have to turn 40!

My mom is 43, and she just had a kid. It makes 40 seem a little bit younger to me than it used to be.
