Torn

I am torn. Torn between doing Body for Life or the new workout I discovered today. I call it the Toddler Trainer 3000. It goes something like this....Nathan runs out into the street. I in turn, chase him for the cardio portion of the workout. I run faster and faster to get my heart rate up and burn that fat! Nathan laughs and looks back at Mommy and that motivates me to keep it up! For upper body I wave my hands and arms over my head frantically, all the while yelling STOP! STOP! at my son. I get the resistance training I need when I scoop up Nathan, all 30 pounds of him and I wrestle him into the house and into time-out. Whew! What a workout!
