Advice

A wise, old(40) friend once said to me, "Clean houses and sleep are overrated." I am finding that to be true as I am not cleaning nor sleeping. I am ok with it for now. I did actually get 4 hours of sleep in a row last night which I will be thankful for! I am finding all kinds of unfinished business around the house. I can start the laundry but don't get back to it, I load the dishwasher but do not unload the clean stuff, I have every good intention of returning phone calls but am always waiting for "a good time to call", which never comes. Yesterday I called my wise, old(40) friend in the midst of making lunch and talking over a screaming 2 year old and a crying 2 week old and a daughter who wanted to paint. It seemed as good a time as any.
