Traditions Continued...
Christmas Day the Stream family stays in their pjs. After the trail of reindeer droppings leads the kids to their Christimas stockings, we have monkey bread and dive into the presents. It takes approximately 9 minutes for all the gifts to be unwrapped. Mom and Dad usually take a sugar nap while the kids play with their toys. Nathan is happy to play with the bows and boxes, of course. We hold a birthday party for Jesus and have cake. A Christmas pizza is consumed for supper and then we pile into the van still in our pjs, drinking hot chocolate to tool around Hudson to look at lights. Instead of driving for hours and going to several different places, we are content to stay home and celebrate Jesus and each other. God bless us everyone!!

did you really write this at 2:53am? You should have called, I was up. I love your tradition as it's weirdly similar to ours. We have our pizza party with cake, etc. on Christmas eve after church. Our monkey bread is Christmas morning. Our menu for Christmas is changing a little though. One year we forgot to pick-up a pizza and so after church we went to the Chinese restaurant. Hilarious if you remember Ralphie from a Christmas Story. Last year in lieu of pizza we had sloppy joes. Matthew wants to start having fancier foods, I hope Isaiah and I can hold out for the pizza, much more fun.
