Thank You!

I was told that I waddle. I was told this in church. I was not walking at the time, I was hanging up my coat. I tried very hard NOT to say what I was thinking...instead I said, "I don't waddle." Lame, lame, lame. I then whispered to my husband later, "Do I??!!" Now I feel paranoid. I want to stay in my house for the next 6 weeks until I have this baby. I shall hide, lest I waddle and some gracious person points it out! Do people still not know what to say to a pregnant woman??!! I thought we went over this in Blog #43 or whatever it was!!! Listen up, people! Is it me? Am I too sensitive right now? Shall I laugh it off when deep down I feel the burn? I know people don't MEAN IT when they say it.....then why say it? Try, "Hi Carla." Heavy Sigh.
When this baby is born in 6 weeks the focus will be off of my belly......sweet. I have a friend who is due one week before me. Every time we see each other(and I mean every time) we say these words.."You look gorgeous, beautiful, wonderful, you are glowing, you are so tiny, you look great!!"
Thank you, Nikki!!
Thank you, Katie!!

Oh honey! First of all even if you are waddling, which you're not, I've seen you walk and run even after Mr.Nathan, it's only because of the special little person getting bigger everyday. Second, I was just thinking about you last night and how lucky you are to have a little person in your tummy and I don't think you look ENORMOUS, you look like you're having a baby in January. You look beautiful and and I'm glad I get to see what you look like when you're pregnant, I didn't know you with Nathan. I was big with Isaiah and even my doctor said, "Wow!" when he'd measure my tummy. He sees pregnant ladies everyday. I was proud of my "biggness" because my baby boy was making me big. By the way you don't even look that big to me, just regular. You look great and pretty and I'm so happy you get to hold this little person in your arms in just a few weeks. Yeah!!
