School Friends

My son, Joshua has made new friends in public school. He is picking up on the fact that the students that tease him just to see him cry are not his friends. Tough lesson to learn, but a valuable one! He tells me about quite a few girls as well as boys that he "hangs with" at lunch recess. There is one girl who has a name, but Joshua doesn't know it. He calls her Kitten. I asked him why. He said that her voice sounds just like a baby kitten. I then made sure to ask, "Is the name Kitten ok with her??!!" He told me that she really likes it! So, Kitten it is. I hope her parents don't mind.
